Alex Green, aka Boddika has refined its sound in 2011, finding a balance between classic EBM music, 808 house, techno, dubstep and bass driven music. With roots in drum’n'bass and dubstep, he is the one to watch if you want to know what 2012 will bring. His sound is an explosive futurism cocktail, which will definately set dancefloors on fire in 2012. ‘Soul What’ has been released on Loefah’s Swamp 81.

I think this is the first Juke release we’re covering at Worlds Below. I took me a while to appreciate the speedy drumsounds and especially I have to get over the vocalloops. Andrea gets me over my doubts, and delivers this strong 12″ on Daphne records. Lingering pads contrast with the fast triggered vocal snippets and plastic drums. From good to better.
