Echodub – Anechoic Chamber Remixed
Echodub keeps on releasing quality tunes, balancing between ambient, dubtechno and dubstep. Their first album ‘Anechoic Chamber’ gets the remix treat with contributions of XXXY, HxdB and DFRNT. Highly recommended!

Walls are a band from London made up of members Sam Willis (Allez-Allez) and Alessio Natalizia (from Banjo or Freakout) which signed to Kompakt in December 2009 and immediately released their debut album a couple of weeks ago. The album fits easily in your ambient collection next to The KLF, Neu!, Spiritualized and The Field. ‘Hang Four’ is for me the stand-out track, mixing cosmic sounds with a deep, warm bass and a lush melody. Great.
Lovely clicks ‘n’ piano. I’m not into this music, but I really love those staccato piano / noise glitches. I’ll need to dig deeper into this music, anybody can recommend me some songs?
They just released a DVD called ‘UTP’,you can buy it at boomkat.
ALL THREE ALBUMS BY ALVA NOTO & RYUICHI SAKAMOTO ARE GOOD.. THE NAMES ARE: “INSEN”, “REVEP” AND “VRIOON”
This is why everybody should buy Pendle Coven‘s album ‘Self Assessment’. What a trip.
Love the moodyness of this one
This Instra:mental is floating around some time already, but it will be released only in 2010 (according to DJ Pressure). Floating shivering track. No snares, only beats and a stripped down melody. Intriguing!
Echodub is a collective of artists releasing deep electronic music. Names like DFRNT and Indigo have appeared on this page before, so you know we love this label. What’s even more, you can download their music for free at http://www.echodub.co.uk. In August they released EchodubLoves, “a showcase of some of the most beautiful music coming from the deeper end of the dubstep, electronic and IDM genres”. This track is one of 12 on this album. Brilliant!
