Trevino aka Marcus Intalex – Jaun Two Five
Enjoy thisone!
Possibly my favorite track at the moment. Found it on a new Ninja Tune compilation filled with amazing tracks like Toddla T. feat. Wayne Marshall- Sky_surfing_(Benga_remix) and The_long_lost – Woebegone(Flying_Lotus_like_woe_remix) !!!
No videoclips here because I prefer top notch sound

enjoy christmas with the hotness of these synths!

Deep tunage by remix-champion George Lenton. Usually I’m not feeling his loud ‘bling’ remixes of well-known tracks, thisone’s different. Very cool atmosphere thanks to the vocal sample and a very very low bassline.
My second Arkist related post, this artist deserves some extra attention! The entire track is a decisive climb, padded by an 8-bit synth riff that’s half old-school-arcade and half trance. Finding progress in perpetuity, almost everything about the glassy textures of “Outbreak” are circular to nausea-inducing extremes; even the breakdown spirals.
Loving this! Superb minimal track! Check out the drop @3 mins! Flipside is called Until next time, a tune on a more intellegent trip!

Over the course of three previous singles, two of them in collaboration with Komonazmuk and Appleblim, respectively, Arkist has exhibited a keen awareness of mood and space. Preferring to let the music do the talking, he is a relatively low-key personality, with his handful of interviews focusing almost completely on the music rather than the man himself. The titles of his latest two offerings are certainly loaded with meaning and seem to represent two differing but complementary emotional responses, exploring facets of the darker end of dance music.

This is taken from a mix by Nero himself. Check the original tune, the released amount of funk is enormous when this tune drops! The original track is from 1986!
