Is this too cheesy you think? The sax sounds like it just escaped a Dynasty episode from 1987, the beats aren’t that sophisticated, and with an artist name like Guido you’re in serious danger you won’t be taken seriously. Still, this mutated dubstep track with a pitched up vocal is oh so enjoyable. The album is worth checking out as it’s the first full length to appear on Punch Drunk Records (Pinch, Peverelist, Shortstuff..)

“Body Hotel” is a song that Schad Privat and Thomas Schaeben released 10 years ago on the first label compilation, FIRM 02. Now relatively new kid on the block Coma did a new remix of the wonderful song. For the Kompakt lovers.

Martyn‘s back with a new split on Berlin’s Ostgut Ton. Whilst I was slightly let down by At Great Lengths, Martyn’s full album, it was only because I had come to expect so much from this Chicago based Dutch producer. Miniluv luckily confirms my beliefs in Martyn as an excellent producer and someone to expect more great things from.
